This will be an Oral Assignment. Dictogloss: Ss will be dictated key words from chapter 1. In groups they will reconstruct and write down a paragraph. Each group will read their paragraphs aloud and we will compare and contrast them. Speaking Sessions: Ss will discuss the characters presented so far. They will describe them using pictures as a help. Ss talk about the events in chapter 1. They discuss the problem presented and predict possible outcomes. Story Setting Ask students : Where does the story take place? London, England. Ss talk about what they know about the English Culture.
