Актуальность данной темы заключается в том, что в условиях рыночной экономики
невозможно добиться устойчивого экономического роста без укрепления денежной системы.
Стабилизация денежного обращения и снижение инфляционных процессов достигается за счет
проведения центральными банками денежно-кредитной и антиинфляционной политики.
Денежные рефoрмы предусматривают не только внедрение в обращение новой денежной
единицы, но и структурную перестройку действующей системы денежно-валютных и кредитных
отношений.
Цель данной работы состоит в анализе темы «Денежные реформы в России. История и
современность».
Задачи:
 рассмотреть денежные реформы в России в период с 1535 до 1897 года;
 представить денежные реформы в период Советской России;
 охарактеризовать денежные реформы в современной Российской Федерации;
 проанализировать перспективы денежных реформ Российской Федерации;

Первая денежная реформа (1922-1924):
- Замена обесценившихся бумажных денег на банковские
билеты – червонцы.
- Червонцы соответствовали дореволюционным 10
рублям по содержанию золота.
Вторая денежная реформа (1947):
- Выпускалось большое количество денег, что понизило их
покупательную силу.
- Ликвидированы последствия Второй мировой войны для
денежного обращения.
Денежная реформа 1991 года:
- Цель: избавиться от избыточной денежной массы и
решить проблему дефицита на товарном рынке.
- Формальная причина: борьба с фальшивыми рублями,
якобы завозимыми из-за рубежа.
- Реформа привела к утрате доверия населения к
правительству, не выполнив обещаний по борьбе со
спекуляцией и коррупцией.

Экономические последствия:
- Окончательный выход России из рублёвой зоны СНГ.

- Лишение России контроля над денежной эмиссией в республиках рублёвой зоны.
- Упразднение безналичного рубля между республиками.
Деноминация 1997 года
Параллельное обращение:
- С января 1998 до конца 2002 года обе версии денег обращались параллельно.
- Упрощение процесса для граждан и постепенное привыкание к новым номиналам.
Результаты:
- Позитивное влияние на денежное обращение и бухгалтерский учёт.
- Возврат копеек в оборот и сокращение номинальной денежной массы.
- Проблемы устойчивости рубля сохранялись и после реформы
