卫生软科学 64 第 31 卷 Analysis on the epidemic characteristics of tsutsugamushi disease from 2007 to 2016 in Chuxiong city，Yunnan province WANG Fang －qiong，GUO Xiong （ Chuxiong Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Yunnan Province，Chuxiong Yunnan 675000，China） Abstract： Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of tsutsugamushi disease from 2007 to 2016 in Chuxiong city so as to provide reference basis for tsutsugamushi disease prevention and control. Methods It conducted statistical analysis on tsutsugamushi disease report data from 2007 to 2016 by descriptive epidemiology. Ｒesults From 2007 to 2016，600 cases of tsutsugamushi disease were reported in Chuxiong city，annual average incidence report was 10. 4 /100，000. The incidence was increasing year by year，it reached 45. 3 /100，000 in 2016. Four cases died and fatality rate was 0. 7%. The epidemic was mainly concentrated in mountainous areas，with 470 cases reported in top five townships （ 78. 3%） . Seasonal variation was clear，there were 506 cases （ 83. 8%） in August and October. There were 268 and 332 cases of male and female，and the ratio of male and female was 1 ∶1. 24. The incidence of above 50 years old was the highest （ 26. 6 /100，000） ，and the farmers' incidence was 84. 0%. Clinical diagnosis accounted for 99. 3%，report ratio of above county level medical institutions was 63. 7% . Conclusions The incidence of tsutsugamushi disease is rising year by year in Chuxiong city. It need to take comprehensive measures including deratization，vanish chigger and individual protection. Strengthen health education tomountain towns focus groups in， summer and autumn. Increase professional knowledge train to grassroots health workers，improve their diagnosis treatment level，report consciousness and laboratory testing capabilities so as to control the occurrence and prevalence of tsutsugamushi disease.
