Cotlearova Anastasia MKL-214 • The Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM) was founded on September 25, 1991. Two faculties within the State University "Economics" - served as a basis; "Trade Economics and Merchandise" - and the Institute of National Economy of the Ministry of Economy. ASEM is an academic brand of great pride for about 70,000 graduates since 1992. Currently, at ASEM, more than 7000 students study and activate 20 habilitated doctors and over 150 doctors of sciences. The study process in the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova is carried out in 6 faculties (cycle-I) of over 300 scientific and didactic staff from 15 departments; Master School (cycle II), two Doctoral Schools (cycle III), as well as the National College of Commerce of ASEM, and practical skills can be acquired and developed in 2 Business Incubators, Business Center of ASEM and the Continuing Education School. ASEM is with its internal and external beneficiaries by providing quality educational and research services through the support provided by the ASEM Scientific Library, with the 4 modern reading rooms, the Multimedia Center, the Didactic Restaurant, the TV Studio and by providing several services.
