2. Сразу ответить на 5 вопросов:
• Какая проблема ?
• Это приоритет ЕС ? (может эта проблема решается на
национальном уровне)
• Нет ли уже ее решения ?
• Почему именно сейчас ?
• Почему именно Ваш коллектив ?
