Почему экономисты должны уделять внимание проблеме образования? Основные

Семинар 2. Анализ выгод и издержек, связанных с получением высшего образования
Экономические издержки, связанные с образованием: концепция издержек (прямые,
косвенные, альтернативные), частные и общественные издержки. Стоимость получения
образования.
Экономические выгоды образования: частные выгоды образования, социальные
выгоды образования (внешние эффекты).
Инвестиции в человеческий капитал и анализ «издержки-выгоды». Концепция
человеческого капитала. Отдача от образования. Эмпирические данные, проблемы
измерения отдачи от образования.
