Content-Analysis in Linguistic Research
The article is devoted to the use of content analysis in linguistic research works. In the paper content analysis
is viewed as a quantitative-qualitative method of analyzing language information in texts. To improve students’ skills
in applying a content analysis method to language research the article contains recommendations on conducting the
analysis and providing for validity and reliability of the research undertaken.
